- How do I find out my nail size? An explanatory guide can be found on the second to last photo of each listing!
- What sizes do you offer? We offer 2 sizes (Large and Standard)!
Application and Installation
- How do I apply my press-on nails? First, you need to prepare the nail (lightly file, push back cuticles, and press for 30 seconds with the small kit included)!
- How long does it take for a full hand application? Less than 2 minutes!
- Can I apply them to bitten/very short nails? Yes, absolutely!
Durability and wear time
- How long do press-on nails last? Generally 1 to 3 weeks, depending on daily activities.
- Can I wash dishes, shower, or play sports with them? Yes, but I advise being very careful, and for anything involving water contact, do not leave them under water for too long, as there's a risk of the adhesive pads coming off!!
Removal
- How do I remove them without damaging my natural nails? Soak your nails in a mixture of lukewarm water and soap if you wish to reuse them, and discard the used adhesive pads!
Care and reuse
- How do I clean/store my press-on nails between applications? Remove them gently as indicated above and place them in their original box or a safe place!
- How many times can I reuse them? It all depends on whether you take care of them or not!
Ordering and customization
- Do you offer custom designs? Yes, we can discuss this together, but it depends on your ideas and my expertise!
- What is the manufacturing time (handmade = often longer)? It depends on the requested design, but let's say 2.5 hours maximum for a detailed application with 3D elements, nail art, etc.
Delivery and returns
- What are the delivery times and costs? 1 to 3 days for €2 shipping costs if you live in France!
- Do you accept exchanges/returns? For hygiene reasons, no!
- What should I do if I receive a damaged nail? Please let me know, and we will find a solution together!
